The South Chicago Arts Center provides free quality visual arts programs to youth in an open door, yet safe, environment that fosters creativity and critical thinking.
Classes are held year-round at the South Chicago Art Center located at 3217 E. 91st St. We also provide programming at local schools, libraries, park districts, and other not-for-profit organizations.
There are opportunities to support the Art Center financially, through volunteerism, paid employement, internship, or as a teaching artist. Every donation matters. Each person can make a difference. Every individual and every contribution of time, money, materials, or artistic expertise goes toward furthering the mission of the Art Center and providing a safe and nurturing place for our youth to to realize their creative talents.
